1 butternut pumpkin
600ml vegetable broth
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon paprika

Step 1: Preparation
Cut the butternut pumpkin in pieces and remove the seeds. Peel the potatoes and cut them in pieces. Peel the onions and cut them in pieces. Now fry the onions with a bit oil in a large pot till they are golden. Now add the pumpkin & potatoe pieces. Scatter salt, pepper, paprika & curry to it. Stir it a few minutes and pour the vegetable broth & cream to it. Place the mettwurst in the pot.
Step 2: Finish
Put a lid on the pot and let it cook for 20 minutes. Remove the sausages and it is ready to mix it with a blender. Grab a portion and a sausage. Now it is time to enjoy. Look at my other work.
