COcktail Stick Blowdarts

A quick and easy way to make a blow dart,perfect for indoor use.AND GREAT fun!!!

Step 1: You Will Need

!You will need:
1.Wool or yarn
2.Thread or string (thread works best)
3.Cocktail Sticks or tooth picks
4.Scissors
5.PVA glue or any strong glue

Step 2: Step 2

Cut a longish peice of thread and then cut it into rouphly 2cm pieces. Youll need about 4-5 for each dart.

Step 3: STep3

Get your cocktail stick and cut it in half, but keep the other half to make another dart with.


SOrry but you cant see the cocktail sticks in the pick that well!!! :(

Step 4: Attaching the Flights/stabiliser

Get The wool or yarn watever you wanna call it and lay it down on the work surface. Then put the cocktail half bit in the middle. Then bunch up the wool and wrap around the wool on the stick with a piece of thread.As shown in picture.

Step 5: Gluing

You are neerly done,now just glue the little bit of thread to the stick and voila a DART!!

Step 6: Done!!

YOu are now finished. All you need is a bit of pvc tube or a pen tubeor even a rolled up bit of paper!!!


Just remember this is still dangerous do not fire at eyes , but this meens you can fight your frends with out getting too hurt!!!

    I used to do this with needles and thread, they were prety accurate and hurt like a B****.

    i used to make darts by bending a fishing hook strait, adding lead weight, and whipping feathers on the back (my dad had a flyfishing table) you could shoot it out of a blowgun, but i liked to use then in my bb pistol
