Step 1: Things You Need
1. 2 different colour yarns
4. 2 mm Hook
Step 2: Foundation
Skip 3 chains and single crochet in chain 4 from hook. Chain 1 and skip next chain. SC in chain 6 and chain 1. Skip chain 7 and SC in chain 8. Repeat this pattern till end of the chain. This stitch is called Moss stitch.
Use colour 2 and repeat the pattern. For every 2 Rows change the colours as in picture
Step 5: Body of the Purse
This is how the body of the purse looks
Step 6: Flap for Purse
I used crocodile stitch for flip. We have so many tutorials available in You tube for crocodile stitch. I used 5 DC for each side of the scale in this Stitch. You can use 4 DC to make the stitches look even more better
Step 7: Repeat
Repeat the crocodile stitch for one more layer
Step 8: Sew the Sides
Use needle and yarn to sew the sides
Step 9: Button
Creating button is very simple. Chain 3 and slip stitch to the first chain to form a circle. Chain 1 and do SC in the 3 chains. Repeat the SC in the second row. I did 2 buttons. Attach the buttons to the centre of the purse, so the gap of the two crocodile stitch can use the buttons to create a flap as in picture
