Step 1: Cutting the Cardboard
First, measure your foot and trace onto the cardboard, trace a little bigger than your actual foot so your foot will have some wiggle room. Make another one so you have two congruent cardboard cutouts. Glue the two pieces of cardboard so it becomes one piece.
Step 2: Make the Sides
On the left side of the cardboard apply a strip of plastic using hot glue. Then add tape to hold the plastic in place. On the right side, glue a piece of cardboard and do the same to the left side. Cut extra cardboard off and make sure the shoe fits properly.
Step 3: Add Foot Guard
Take a small piece of cardboard and attach plastic all around it then stitch this using yarn to the sides of the shoes. put your foot inside and make sure the shoes fit. If loose tighten the yarn then tie up the foot guard.
Step 4: Finishing the Shoes
Take a cut plastic bag and glue it to the top of the cardboard. This will be covering your foot. Add yarn and tie it around the plastic tightly then glue the yarn in place. Put the shoes back on and make sure it's tight enough. Now you have to duplicate this process to make two shoes. Once you're done, you have finished making your shoes!
