Catalina Salad

This is a quick summer style salad that my brother always makes for family gatherings. A very quick and easy recipe.

Step 1: Ingredients

1 head of Iceberg lettuce

1 bag of Fritos (or other corn chips)

1 small bottle of Catalina dressing

1 can of pinto beans

1 cup of shredded cheese

Step 2: Mix It Up

Chop your lettuce and add all of your ingredients into your salad bowl and toss well.

Step 3: Serve It!

Place the salad in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve it. I hope you enjoy it!
