Chana Chat

It is a quick appetizer made from boiled white chickpeas and is very healthy as an evening snack and morning breakfast.

Ingredients :

  • Finely chopped onions
  • Sliced raw mango
  • Finely chopped tomato
  • Coriander leaves
  • Chopped cucumber
  • Lemon
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Amchor (Dried Mango powder)
  • Chat masala

Step 1: Preparing Vegetables

Take the boiled Chana in a bowl. Add all the finely chopped vegetables and mango to it. Don’t add coriander yet.

Sprinkle salt, ¼ tsp. red chilli powder, ½ tsp. amchor powder & ½ tsp. chat masala.

Step 2: Mixing Contents

Mix the contents properly using a spoon or shaking.

Add lemon juice and garnish it with coriander leaves.

Your healthy treat is ready !!
