Step 1: Dealing With the Flickering Issue..
You can run any cheap lamp, but the key is your camera!
You need to change the settings to mach your electricity frequency.
-If you are in Europe you have to change the FPS to 25 or 50 or 75 or 100 FPS etc..
And don't forget to choose PAL recording mode.
-If you are in US you have to change the FPS to 30 or 60 or 120 FPS etc..
And don't forget to choose NTSC recording mode.
