Cheese Stuffed Toscana Meatballs Recipe

500g ground meat

800g sieved tomatoes

100g gouda cheese

250ml cream

1 hand olives

100g feta cheese

paprika salt, pepper, chili flakes, paprika

Step 1: Preparation

Scatter paprika salt, pepper, chili flakes & paprika to the meat and mix it. Grab a piece of feta cheese and form a meatball around it. Make a few more and lay them in an oven form. Put the sieved tomatoe and the cream in a cup. Scatter salt, pepper & paprika to it and stir it together.

Step 2: Finish

Put the form in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for 20 minutes. Now crumble the rest feta cheese over it and add the olives and the tomato cream mix. Put it back in the oven for another 30 minutes. Sprinkle the gouda cheese on top and put it back in the oven for 15 minutes and enjoy.
