Today you’re going to see one of my favorite recipe "Cheesy Vegetable Sandwich" in action.
I'm going to show you how to make it in Step by Step.
This is a very simple breakfast to prepare on the morning for your children & for your hungry husband who rush to go office in hurry.
You can also serve this recipe on evening alternative to usual tea or coffee in the break time.
Let's get started.
Step 1: Materials Needed:
Prepare the vegetables like Potato, Onions & Tomato that you want to add to your sandwich.
Wash all the vegetables with clean water before making the sandwich.
- Bread Slices - 6 Pieces
- Cheese Slice (You can also use Grated Cheese)
- Potato - 2 tbsp (boiled & mashed)
- Chopped Onions - 2 tbsp
- Chopped Capsicum - 2 tbsp
- Chopped Tomato - 2 tbsp
- Chopped Green Chillies - 2
- Chopped Green Coriander
- Salt to taste (Himalayan Salt would be better)
- Black Pepper Powder -1/4 tbsp
- Cow ghee or Butter - To cook sandwich
Slice tomatoes and chop the onions, capsicum, green chillies & green coriander.
Now, we move on to Step 2.
Step 2: Filling & Mix Well
Take the bowl, fill all the sliced vegetables & boiled potato.
Mix with the black pepper powder.
Step 3: Apply Mixture on Bread
Let's apply the mixture of content among the 2 bread slice.
Then, add the cheese slice into the center of the bread which gives the fascinating looking.
Step 4: Heat and Grease a PAN
Take a frying pan and put mixture of bread to get out from the grease of flavour in the sandwich.
Step 5: Cover and Cook for 3 Minutes
Cover the PAN around 3 minutes which will make the bread into crunchy.
Step 6: Similarly Prepared With Other Breads
Take the breads out from the PAN.
Similar to Step 4, prepare all the remaining breads and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 7: Serve Your Sandwich to Your Dear Ones
Once all the breads are prepared, cut the sandwich crossly using knife.
Be careful with sharp knife.
You can serve this sandwich to your children & husband or your dear ones.
