Whenever dinner time comes around in my household, I'm always thinking about what can I put on the table that is healthy, fast and easy to make. To be completely honest with you, I am not the most creative when it come to dinners but if you want desserts... well I'll have you covered. Sometimes, dinner creativity is a struggle for me :-) but these stuffed bell peppers are a classic in my house. These bell peppers are sweet, full of flavor (because I always flavor my ground beef to perfection) and the cheese on top adds extra creaminess and favor as well! Give them a try if you are looking for something easy to make. Always season everything to your own liking because that's what cooking is all about! And it should come from the heart, made with love!
