Introduction: Cheesy-Mite Scrolls

These scrolls are so delicious and filling. Great for kids lunches and even yours!
I learnt this from food technology at school.

Step 1: Ingredients

- 2 Cups Flour
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Cup Grated Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- Preferred amount of Grated Cheese, Bacon/Ham, Vegemite/Cheesymite/Marmite/Promite or any other fillings

Step 2: Recipe

Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
Rub in butter.
Add grated cheese.
Add milk and mix to a stiff dough, using a bread and butter knife.
Knead lightly and pat into a square about 1 - 1.5 cm thick.
Add toppings (Making sure they aren't soggy/wet)
Roll up and cut into approx. 12 pieces
Bake at 200 C for 12-15 mins.
Cool on a cooling rack and enjoy!
