Chicken Curry Stuffed Paprika With Mungo Seedlings & Cheddar Cheese Recipe





600g chicken breast

300g mungo seedlings

300ml cream

150g cheddar cheese

3 spring onions

2 paprika

salt, pepper & curry

Step 1: Preparation

Cut the chicken breast & the spring onions in small pieces and put them in a bowl. Add mungo seedlings and scatter salt, pepper & curry to it. Mix everything together. Cut the paprika in half and remove the seeds. Fill the paprika with the chicken. Place them in an oven form and fill the leftover in it. Scatter salt, pepper & curry to the cream and mix it. Pour the mix in the oven form. Put the form in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air.

Step 2: Finish

After 30 minutes remove the form out of the oven and place cheddar cheese on top. Put the form back in the oven for another 15 minutes and enjoy. Look at my other work.
