Introduction: Chicken Salad Torch

1 cup chopped pecans

4 cups shredded, cooked chicken meat

1cup mayonnaise

1tsp paprika

1tsp garlic powder

1tsp poultry seasoning

1/4tsp cayenne

1tsp seasoning salt

ground black pepper/salt to taste

2 green onions, chopped

1 cup chopped celery

1-1/2 cup dried cranberries (or dried cherries or a mixture of both :P )

Step 1: Mix and Chill

In a medium to large bowl, mix the mayonnaise with all the spices

Then mix in the rest of the ingredients

Wrap the bowl with plastic wrap and chill it in the fridge for at least 1hr (It taste better the next day so try to make this the day before you plan on eating it.

Step 2: Fill It Up

Have these as snacks at a party by filling them in wonton torches
