Chicken is one of the most common dish for main course.

Step 1: Ingredients
1. Boneless chicken- 350 grams
2. Bell pepper cut in medium size cubes
3. Spinach - 200 grams
4. Cumin seeds
5. Green chilies- 2
6. Red chili Powder- 1/2 tsp
7. Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
8. Ginger chopped- 1 tsp
9. Garlic Chopped-1 tsp
10.cumin powder- 1 tsp
11. garam masala- a pinch
12. Coriander leaves chopped
13.Chopped onions- 1 Medium size
14.Oil- 2 tbsp
15 Water as per required gravy
16. salt -( as per taste ) 1tsp
Step 2: Method
Add oil in hot pan and cumin seeds.
Let cumin seeds pop and add chopped onions and stir and add ginger( not all of it) and garlic and let it cook for half minute.
Now add the dry ingredients and green chilies. add little bit of water. give a stir.
Now add the chicken and cook till it change its color. Now add some coriander leaves and bell pepper and spinach. add salt and cover it with lid and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes spinach will be settled so now add the remaining amount of ginger and give a stir. add the rest of the coriander leaves.
Now lid it again and let it cook for 4 more minutes. Its ready to serve. If you want more gravy then you may add more water and let it cook for few more minutes.
Now serve in serving dish and enjoy with rice or french bread or Indian roti.
