A very healthy and tasty soup. Can be made in minutes . The recipe is very simple and easy.
If you like thickness in your soup you may add a tea spoon of corn flour in the ingredients.
To make it more simple to follow i have written the recipe in steps below... do try it ...and enjoy cooking.

Step 1: Ingredients for Chicken and Cabbage Soup
1. 2 cloves of Garlic- 1/2 tsp chopped
2. salt( as per taste)- 1/2 tsp
3.Black Pepper Powder -Less than 1/2tsp
4. Lemon Juice- 1 tsp
5. Chopped Onions- 1 tbsp
6. Chopped Coriander leaves
7. Boiled and shredded chicken- 1 large leg piece
8. Chicken stalk- 1 Cup or more
9 Chicken Maggie Cube- 1
10. Chopped Cabbage- 50 Grams or half to 1 cup
11. Oil- 1 Tbsp
Step 2: Method
Heat the pot and add 1 tbsp of oil and heat it. Now, add chopped onions and garlic give it a stir and make it translucent , do not over cook it. Now add cabbage and mix well. Now add the shredded chicken and stir and add salt and pepper. Mix well. Add the Chicken Maggie cube. Now, add the lemon juice and coriander leaves( half of what you have chopped) . Add the chicken stalk and let it shimmer .Add some more water if required. And let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Add the rest of the coriander leaves. Serve it hot with french bread. Eat n Enjoy.
