Intro: Chicken and Mushroom Mayo Salad

The more mushrooms you use the tastier it gets!
Step 1: Egg, Chicken, Potato and Mushroom Preparation:
Boil eggs, potatoes and chicken the day before you are going to make a salad. When they cool down - put them all in the fridge overnight. Next morning finely chop potatoes, chicken and eggs.
Cut mushrooms and dice the onions. Pan fry onions and mushrooms with a bit of salt and pepper till it is a golden colour.
Step 2: Final Preparation:
Take a clean bowl. Put in the pan-fried mushrooms as a first layer and spread mayo on top. Then sprinkle some chicken over it and again spread more mayo on top (spread mayo after each layer thinly). After putting in chicken and mayo, put some potatoes on top and add some salt and pepper. Repeat this once again (more mushrooms, chicken and potatoes). As a final touch, spread the mayo evenly on the last layer of potatoes and sprinkle it with grated cheese and finely cut boiled eggs. Add a little bit of salt and pepper.
