Introduction: PVC Chicken Feeder

Hello, friends!
I'm Andrey from Russia.
This is my first instruction. Excuse me for some possible mistakes in text, english is not my native language ;-)
I would like to tell you a simple way to make a stylish chicken feeder.
It made of plastic (PVC), allowed to be in contact with human and animals, there can be used simple pipes for ventilation or wastewater.
You can buy them at any hardware store. They can be in lenght of 50 or 100 cm, diameter 100..120 mm.
So, let's, как говорится, go!

Step 1: Preparing Parts

Pipe should be sawed along.
Easiest way to make guidelines for sawing - permanent marker and flat table or floor.

Step 2: Now Sawed Up Along the Pipe Using Grinder

I used disk grinder (In Russia it names "bolgarka", because first machines was exported from Bulgaria).
Usage of a grinder makes edges remain flat and splinter-free. I tried electrofret saw, but it cracks plastic.
After sawing i used sandpaper to make edges smooth.

Step 3: Assembling

Mounting with plastic ties reliably enough.
Using standard plastic pipe clamps for wall mounting.
On the ends using stubs for sewer pipes.

Step 4: Mounting to the Wall

Now we have to mount feeder onto the wall. Use wood screws or something else according to your walls materal.
Chickens are happy!
