Introduction: Chocolate Chip Bacon Waffles

The best part of waking up is eating These waffles and falling into a food coma for the rest of the day!

Step 1: Things You Will Need

Note: Makes 3 large waffles (You WILL need at least two people to help you eat these)

A Waffle maker or Waffle Iron

1 1/2 Cups chocolate chips

1 Package of bacon

2 Cups flour

3 Tablespoons sugar

1 TBSP Baking powder

1/4 tsp Salt

1 3/4 Cups milk

2 Eggs

1/2 Cup coconut oil

1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

Suggested Topping:

A Spoonful of Peanut Butter

Syrup

Butter

Step 2: Preping Your Batter

1. Cook bacon fully. Once it is done, place it on a paper towel to soak up excess grease, then crush bacon into small pieces.

2. Turn on your waffle maker to preheat.

3. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder thoroughly.

4. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, liquified oil, and vanilla.

5. Pour your liquid ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and stir until batter is mixed completely.

6. Now add the bacon and chocolate into the batter and mix thoroughly.

Step 3: Cooking Your Waffles

1. Oil the surface of your preheated Waffle maker.

2. Add batter and spread it out evenly over the cooking area.

3. Close lid and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until your waffle is golden brown.

4. Top imitatively with a spoonful of peanut butter, some syrup, and butter (or any of your own favorite topping concoctions).

5. Take the car keys from anyone who is eating these and serve. These are bad boys are kinda coma inducing (AKA "The Idis"), and you know what they say, "Friends don't let friends drive after eating Chocolate chip bacon waffles"
