Step 1: Materials Required
To create this delicious and easy pastry a variety of ingredients are required.
Firstly Unsalted Butter
Salt Granulated sugar
Eggs Pure Vanilla extract
I am going to mention the exact proportion during the steps. All of the ingredients can be purchased at your local grocery store.
Step 2: Starting the Dough
To start with, preheat the oven to 300 degrees..Take a bowl and add 192 grams of flour, 100 grams of granulated sugar, half a teaspoon of salt, and one and a half teaspoons of baking powder. Take 200 grams of butter put in a pot and melt the butter.
Step 3: Adding Eggs and Vanilla Extract
After you did that you should get a bowl and put 2 eggs and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract into it. After that whisk it and set it aside.
Step 4: Add Everything Into One Bowl and Mix It
Pour all of the ingredients into one bowl. After that add the 70 ml of vegetable soil. After this add the 180 ml of Milk. Lastly pour the butter into the bowl and mix it at the second highest speed for 3 minutes. Then take a whole bag of chocolate chips and pour half of it into the bowl and carefully whisk it.
Step 5: Bake It
Pour the dough into the baking form and bake it in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes. After the came being done cut off the top of the cake.
Step 6: Create the Buttercream
230 grams of unsalted butter, 150 grams of powdered sugar , 12.5 teaspoon of salt, tablespoon vanilla extract, and 180ml of milk.
After that pour everything into a bowl and mix it at the second highest speed.
After use the cream and apply it on the cake.
Step 7: Create Another Layer of Cake
Apply all of the already mentioned steps and after that apply the butter cream on top. In addition create another layer cake.
Step 8: Creating the Frosting
The Materials which are required are:
80 grams of Butter
22 g of vanilla extract
100 ml of milk
And food coloring
Put the softened butter into a bowl. Start mixing it and carefully add the 400 grams of powdered sugar. After that add the milk and the vanilla extract. When done look if the cream is not creamy enough add some more milk and mix it again. After this add the food coloring and carefully mix it.
Step 9: Applying the Frosting on the Cake
Take the frosting and carefully apply it to the surface of the cake.
