Introduction: Chocolate Chip Popcorn Drop Cookies

Step 1: Ingredients
1 1/3 c all purpose flour
2 c popped popcorn
1 c semi sweet chocolate chips
6 tbsp butter, softened
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 c quick cooking oats
2 egg whites
1/3 c sugar
1/2 c light brown sugar
1/2 c toffee bits
1 tsp vanilla
Step 2: Grab the Mixer
Beat the butter and both sugars until combined.
Step 3: Keep on Mixin'
Add the vanilla and egg to the mixture and combine until smooth.
Step 4: Grab Another Bowl
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and baking soda.
Step 5: Bring Mixtures Together
Stir both mixtures together, combining with a spoon so as to not over mix the dough.
Step 6: Choppin' the Popcorn
Chop the popcorn into smaller pieces.
Step 7: All Together Now.
Stir everything together until just combined.
Step 8: Droppin' Them by the Spoonfuls
Drop the dough by a spoonful onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Step 9: Bake!
Bake in an oven that's been preheated to 375° for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 10: Cool Down
Take the cookies out of the oven and place them on a wire rack to cool down.
Step 11: Enjoy!
