2T butter
3/4 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vinegar
3 T cocoa powder
1 egg OR egg replacer
1 tsp vanilla extract

For glaze:
2 tsp vanilla
2T + 1 tsp peanut butter
1T butter
Around 1/3 cup powdered sugar
Milk, as needed

Step 2: Melt

Melt peanut butter and butter together for 30 seconds then stir together until combined.

Step 3: Mix

Mix milk and vinegar together in a small bowl. In a mixer, add sugar, vanilla, flour, cocoa, egg, and baking powder and mix until combined. Add milk mixture and stir until smooth.

Step 4: Finish Batter

Add the melted butters into the batter and mix.

Step 5: Bake

Spoon batter into a donut pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly spongey.

Step 6: Glaze

Melt peanut butter and butter together. Add all the ingredients except for the milk and stir until well combined. Add milk until glaze is thin and smooth.
