Chocolate Peanut Butter Candy Cane Swirl Bread Recipe:
2 cups flour
½ tbsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup almond milk
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup canola oil
1 cup dark chocolate dreams peanut butter
12 candy canes, finely crushed
Recipe Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 9*5 loaf pan. In a small bowl place chocolate peanut butter, melt in the microwave; set aside. In large bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Combine egg, milk, and oil; add to flour mixture. Stir until combined. Pour half of the batter into pan. Layer melted peanut butter on top and then crushed candy canes. Repeat with remaining batter, left over peanut butter and candy canes. Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely, before slicing..
