Introduction: Chocolate Truffle Cupcakes
Chocolate truffle cup cake are the combination of chocolate chips,butter,egg,cake mix and condensed milk. It's very easy to prepare and it takes upto 20 minutes to cook
1 cup chocolate chips
1 bottle sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoon melted butter
4 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 - 2 boxes chocolate cake mix

Step 1: Create Truffles
In a saucepan melt the chocolate chips and mix it with the butter and sweetened condensed milk until they combined well. Stir in vanilla and then pour in to a bowl and keep this in refrigerate for 1 hour until it becomes hard
Step 2: Make the Batter
In a large bowl beat together the cake mix, butter, eggs and vanilla until they mix well. The batter will be very thick.
Step 3: Make Cup Cakes
For making cup cakes, spoon a thin layer of the the batter into the bottom of each muffin cup. Add the frozen truffle. Cover it with another layer of batter
Step 4: Bake the Cake
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Generously grease a standard 12-cup muffin tin and set aside. Bake the cake around 20 minutes
Step 5: Garnish the Cake
Remove from the oven and allow to cool.Top with whipped cream if desired
