Step 1: What You'll Need
To make about 50 bite sized truffles you'll need:
3 boxes of biscuits
3 large spoons of powder chocolate
400g of sweet condensed milk
Your choice of sprinkles (colored or chocolate), nuts, or anything else to put on the outside ...
Ps: some of those things are NOT shown in the pic .. sorry about that !
Step 2: Biscuits
Crush each biscuit into 4 pieces and put it in the mixer until turned into powder.
Step 3: Mix
Now add the 3 spoons of coco powder, condensed milk and mix them all together with your hands.
You might want to use gloves for this one but my sister (who is preparing them in this pic) prefers to do them with her bare hands ...
Don't forget to wash your hands really well before and after
Step 4: Roll 'em Into Balls
Now take a small portion of the mixture and roll it into a bite-sized ball.
Step 5: Done !
Finally roll the truffles in the sprinkles and put them in a tray then put the tray in the freezer for an hour or so ...
Hint: do not take a lot of time rolling them balls or they will harden and the sprinkles won't stick anymore ...
Hope you enjoy this super easy recipe !
