1/4 pound of dark chocolate (100 g)
1/3 cup of granulated sugar (75 g)
1/3 cup of butter (90 g)
1/3 cup of flour (40 g)
12 squares of white chocolate
and a standard muffin tin.
Makes 12 servings.
Cook : 15 mins
Preparation : 20 mins
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (gas mark 6).
Slowly, melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a pan at low heat and stir until the mixture is smooth (or use a microwave).
Meanwhile, whisk eggs and sugar in a bowl. To that, add the chocolate-butter mix and beat together.
Then, add the flour and stir again.
If your moulds aren't flexible, grease them with butter and pour the batter into moulds.
Put a square of white chocolate in the center of each mould.
Place the fondants on a baking tray, then cook for 15 mins and serve immediately. It's better when it's hot so they are moist and they melt in your mouth.
