Introduction: Chocolate Pie With Chocolate Π
A nice mushy chocolate pefect with some whipped cream or icecream
Step 1: Ingredients
Dough:
- 125 g butter
- 200 g wheat flour
- 3 tbs icing sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbs water
Chocolate filling:
- 173 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbs unsweetened cocoa
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 3 dl cream (min. 13%)
Decoration:
- Dark chocolate
- White chocolate
Step 2: Dough
- Mix flour and icing sugar
- cut the soft butter out as finely as possible
- Mix the flou-sugar with butter, egg yolk and water until it has the texture of wet sand
- Let it rest for half an hour
Step 3: Baking the Crust
NB before using your pan you might want to draw the outline on some paper, it will make drawing the decoration easier
- Roll the dough out and place it gently in the pan
- Bake it at 180° celcius in around 20 min
Step 4: Chocolate Filling
- Whip the sugar with the soft butter
- Add eggs and cocoa
- Melt the dark chocolate
- Mix chocolate and cream
- Add the chocolate-crem to the filling
Step 5: Bake It
- Pour the filling into the crust (it is suposed to be liquid)
- Bake it 30 min at 180° celcius
Step 6: Decoration
- Draw your design for the decor
- Melt the white chocolat
- Fill out your design with the chocolate
- Let it dry
NB- dont spray the chocolate directly onto your drawing, the granite may get into your food, and thats bad, instead lay lay another layer wax-paper over your drawing
Step 7: Finishing Touchs
- Let the pie cool down
- Spray a net of dark chocolate over the pie (it will male the white choc stick)
- Add your white chocolate decorations
- ENJOY
