Introduction: Christmas Cookies

For those of you who like to make German Christmas cookies
(Vanillkipferl), here's the recipe :)

For the paste:
300g flour

250g butter
100g powder sugar
150g grinded almonds
1 egg
a grain of salt
10g vanilla sugar

Mix everything. Knead the paste and put it into the fridge for one hour.
Make the little "horns" (see picture), and put them on a baking tray. Bake them for 10-15 min at 175° in the pre-heated oven with circulating air.

For the topping:
Mix 50 g of powder sugar 15-20 g vanilla sugar und put on top of the cookies when they are still hot/warm.
