This fudge has to be my favorite fudge recipe ever. It is delicious, creamy and super easy to make! You can thank me later for this recipe...
Step 1: Gather Ingredient
33 Circus Animal Cookies - coarsely chopped
1 8oz. package of cream cheese
4 cups of powdered sugar
12 oz. white chocolate
Pink food coloring and sprinkles are optional.
Step 2: Line Your Dish
Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
Using a mixer, mix the cream cheese until smooth. Then gradually add the powdered sugar, half a cup at a time.
Microwave the white chocolate in a glass bowl. Mix well and then microwave another 20 seconds or until completely melted.
Step 4: Color Your White Chocolate
Split the white chocolate in half and color half of the mixture pink... or any color that you would like.
Mix the white chocolate back into the fudge mixer in the blender.
Step 5: Start Layering
Place half the white fudge mixture in the baking dish.
Step 6: Add the Pink Chocolate
Spoon the pink chocolate over the fudge mixture and swirl it around using a butter knife.
Step 7: Top It Off.
Pour the rest of the fudge mixture into the dish and spread evenly. Add sprinkles and place in refrigerator for an hour or until firm.
Step 8: Cut Them and Enjoy
Cut your fudge into bite size squares and enjoy!
Step 9: Storage
Keep the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
