Party season is in full swing. We dusted off our mother’s punch bowl and gave the old favorite a twist with a DIY ice block and fresh berries.

St. Germain liqueur
Bottle of sparkling wine
Jasmine tea, chilled
1/3 cup sugar
5 lemons, peeled and sliced
1 lime, sliced
1 orange, peeled and sliced
The evening beforehand, freeze 3 cups of filtered water, lemon and lime slices, and a few raspberries and pomegranate seeds in a metal bowl.
In a large bowl, mix and mash 1/3 cup of sugar, peels of 4 lemons and 1 orange, and 3 cups of raspberries. Then add vodka and gin and a handful of ice. Strain punch into bowl, over ice block. Add jasmine tea and St. Germain. Top with bottle of sparkling wine. Garnish with any extra raspberries and citrus slices.
