I am going to show you how to make a climbing pole for plants at your home using minimum things.

Step 1: Things You Will Need-

  • Coir
  • Scissor
  • Coir rope
  • Bamboo stick

Step 2: Take Some Pieces of Coir and Arrange It As Shown.

Step 3: Take a Coir Rope and Tie It to the Coir Tightly.

Step 4: Keep Repeating Step 3.

Step 5: Cover the Stick With Coir, Leaving Little Space at the Bottom End.

Plant this stick deep into the pot and then plant the plant inside.

Step 6: Climbing Pole for Plant Is Ready!

    This looks like a pretty cool idea for a "hanging" garden - perhaps strawberries, or some other light-weight fruit vine. Or, maybe some kind of herb vine?

    For those poor, deprived people (like me ;-) ) who had never heard of coir,

    Do you know where I would get some of that coir? Would it be in garden centers?

    Do check in garden centers and if you don't find it there, you can obtain coir at home from coconut. All you need is to buy a coconut and remove the husk using a suitable tool.
