Step 1: What You'll Need
All you need for this great hack is a kitchen sieve and some food quality wood dust or pellets for cold smoking.
Also a tea light candle or blow torch is required to start the wood off.
Step 2: Preparation
Make sure the wood dust is as dry as possible to guarantee a good smoke (this may involve microwaving it beforehand).
