In my state Colostrum milk cheese is very famous, healthy and tasty item. Generally it is prepared with buffalo / cow colostrum milk up to 2-3 days after giving birth to calf, for this preparation. It is rich in proteins and tastes amazing. We cannot get this milk regularly, so my Instructable is a substitute for the buffalo colostrum milk cheese in taste. It also contains proteins etc because of using eggs. Make it, enjoy with unforgettable taste..
If you have colostrum milk there is no need of using eggs.

Step 1: Ingredients
- Milk with cream - 1 and 1/2 cup
- Milk without cream - 1 cup
- Eggs - 2
- Black Pepper powder - 1 table spoon
- Jaggery / Sugar - 1 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 table spoon
Step 2: Preparation
Mix jaggery, pepper powder, cardamom and beaten eggs with milk. Mix thoroughly. Take the pressure cooker and fill it with water up to 1/4th level (for steam cooking). Take a vessel that fits in pressure cooker. Fill it with the prepared mixture and close the vessel with a lid as shown in picture .Close the pressure cooker lid and cook for 30 mins. To confirm whether it is cooked or not, take a knife / Ice cream stick and pierce into the mixture. If it is cooked, milk should not stick to knife / stick. Stop cooking and let it cool completely. Now it is ready to serve. We can store it in refrigerator.
To enjoy amazing taste use jaggery instead of sugar.
If you use original colostrum milk then take equal parts of colostrum and without cream milk eliminating eggs.
Step 3: Serving
Serve it, have it, enjoy the taste.
