Conveyor of Assembling Line

The above image is a design for assembly and testing line for electrical and electronic devices.

It consists of four main sections and each main section consists of a straight motion part and a rotation part of the product at an angle of 90 degrees.

The yellow surface is a free wooden board that can be removed from the line or easily added.
The straight part takes its movement from the bottom of a specially designed track. In the curved part of the rotation, its movement is taken from the worker or from the subsequent slab.

Step 1:

Step 2:

The 90-degree turning part allows for easy sliding of the board with ball transfer units.

And on the sides there is special guide. with three wheels Specially designed. To prevent panels from coming out of the guide.

Here we see the ball transfer units plate.

As well as the corresponding board has side wheels for guidance.
