Copycat BigMac Sauce-

1/2 tsp tarragon leaf

1/2 tsp sugar

1 tbsp sweet pickle relish

1/2 cup thousand island dressing

1/2 cup mayonnaise

Other Ingredients-

1 package shredded lettuce or 1 head of iceberg lettuce

1 white onion

1 package of sesame seed hamburger buns

1 lb hamburger

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 small jar of sliced dill pickles

Step 1: Copycat BigMac Sauce

Measure out one half teaspoon of tarragon leaf and another half teaspoon of sugar. Next measure out one tablespoon of sweet pickle relish. Finally measure out a half cup of thousand island dressing and a half cup mayonnaise.

Step 2: Combine Ingredients.

Combine ingredients and stir together until blended.

Step 3: Rest in Fridge.

Cover bowl and refrigerate at least 5 minutes.

Step 4: Gather Together Lettuce and Onions

Mince one onion and get out shredded lettuce or chop fresh lettuce. Put onions and lettuce in separate bowls and refrigerate.

Step 5: Form Beef Patties.

Form quarter pound beef patties.

Step 6: Heat Skillet.

Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in skillet to medium to high heat. Once heated place patties in skillet and cook to an appropriate temp of 155°F.

Step 7: Toast Bun.

In a separate pan heat to medium and toast the the buns.

Step 8: Building the BigMac.

Apply sauce to toasted bun. Next add lettuce and minced onion and cover with one slice of cheese. The beef patty goes on top of the cheese and then covered with another bottom bun. Apply sauce to bun again and top with lettuce and onion. Put the second patty on and apply pickles. Before putting the top bun on apply sauce again and then put the bun on top to finish building the BigMac.

Step 9: Enjoy!

    You are posting this as a copycat, but I bet it taste better then the original. Because you are using real burger for your burger(s). I have to say, now you made me hungry. :-)
