I have always loved Trader Joe's Gone Bananas
I eat them as a snack and even as dessert
They are vegetarian and do not have a lot of sugar in them
They are also very easy to store
But they cost too much to buy all the time
I decided to try and make my own and froze them
They tasted exactly like Trader Joe's
This is a very simple and easy recipe and also saves you a lot of money
This is also vegan and vegetarian

Step 1: Ingredients

1 banana

1 cup of dark chocolate chips (I used a bar but eye balled it)

2 tbs coconut oil (this makes the chocolate hard)

And that's it

(You could always double your recipe for more)

Step 2: Steps

Peel your bananas and make sure there are not strings still attached to the banana
Slice up your Bananas any thickness just not too thin
Place the banana slices into the freezer for about an hour
For the chocolate, pour your dark chocolate into a microwave safe bowl and add in your coconut oil
Place your chocolate into the microwave for 30 seconds and stir
Do this every 30 seconds until it is melted
Just remember not to over heat it
Take your Bananas out and grab a fork
Poke the fork into the side of the banana and dip into the melted chocolate
Make sure all of the sides are coated and shake off any dripping chocolate
Place them onto a plate or tray lined with wax paper
Continue until all of the banana slices are dipped and on the wax paper
Place the chocolate covered Bananas into the freezer for an hour

Step 3: Results

Overall, this was a very delicious and easy recipe to make
I will definitely make these more often
Enjoy!
