Intro: Corn Dogs and Cheese Inside Copycat
These Corndogs are delicius and very easy to make!
They are made with just 11 ingredients.
I love this type of Corndogs and I want show you how to make that at home.
The origin of this preparation dates back to 20 years but it is only between 1938 and 1942 who became famous thanks to Carl and Neil Fletcher, who proposed the "corny dogs" at Texas State Fair.
I make my different version with inside the cheese.

Step 1: Ingredients:
- 500 gr flour
- 3tbs flour
- 75 gr sugar
- 67 gr Corn flour (cornmeal) fine groung
- 18 gr salt
- 8 gr Baking powder
- 4 large eggs
- 380 gr milk
- 10 pcs hot dogs pre-cook
- Black pepper
- Cheddar Sandwich Cheese
- Large Pot for frying
- 1L Vegetable Oil for frying (as you needed)
- Tall container
- Wide month bowl
- 10 wooden skewers
- 2 plate
- Paper towel
Mix all dry Ingredients in a large bow and whisk all toghether
500 gr flour·
75 gr sugar
67 gr Corn flour (cornmeal) fine groung
18 gr salt
8 gr Baking powder
Step 3: Mix the Wet Ingredients
Pour the milk into the bowl with the eggs and whisk all toghether
Step 4: Mix All Toghether
Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients
Insert a skewer into each hotdogs jus in the middle.
roll each hot dogs with the cheese like the pictures.
Put 3 tablespoons flour on another plate and roll hot dogs in flour to coat, shaking off excess.
Freezes for 20 min.
Step 6: Dip and Fry
Heat the oil in a pot pan until 175 C° .
Dip the hot dogs in tthe batter an fry intil brown. Usually 3-4 minutes for each corn dogs.
Transfer corn dogs to paper towels to drain
