Making the filling, mix cottage cheese 600 grams sugar 100 grams and 1 protein and a little sour cream so that the mass is homogeneous and creamy.
Step 3: We Form the Product
We roll out the dough for buns and add some flour, roll the dough into strips of 15 cm in width about 60-70 cm in length. The thickness of the dough is as thin as possible.
Lubricate the surface with cottage cheese and roll into rolls a little stretching the edges and leave for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Sculpt Cake
Cut the "sausages" of dough lengthwise and twist the cut outward into a "knot" on the finger.
And lay out in the form for cupcakes or any other.
