Introduction: Crazy Good Tea: Chai

About: I love creating things. I like pie, kittens, and cute babies... alternatively I hate heartbreak, rabid dogs, zombies, and death.

I like tea, especially tea that tastes like "Christmas In A Cup."
This is how I make the best tasting tea on earth:

Chai:
1 Cup of Milk
1 Cup of Water
4 Teaspoons White Sugar
A Pinch of Nutmeg
3 Cloves
3 Peppercorns
Some Orange Peels (These work better if you 'zest' them actually, less bitterness in the tea)
1 Bag of Tea
(Black is traditional, although in the video I use Peppermint)

Add Milk and Water to a pan, set the stove to "High Heat," once it starts boiling, set to "Medium Heat."
Add Orange Peels to the "Water/Milk" solution. Then add all remaining ingredients.

Allow to simmer for a few minutes, remove Orange Peels.
Strain the Chai to extricate the Peppercorns and Cloves.
Replace the Tea Bag to steep for a few minutes.
You can also add Cinnamon if that's your preference.

If the the tea tastes bitter, try adding fewer cloves and less nutmeg. Additionally instead of using peels try zesting the orange, as this disallows any bitter citrus pith to steep.
