Ingredients:

Milk Chocolate Candy Melts (or whatever chocolate you like)

Strawberries (washed and dried)

8 oz of cream cheese

1 cup of powdered sugar

1 tsp of vanilla extract

Toppings:

Graham cracker crumbs

Blueberries

coconut flakes

nuts

Tools:

Hand mixer or stand mixer

Melon Baller

knife

cutting board

parchment paper

cookie sheet

Step 1: Prep the Strawberries

First let's prep our washed and dried strawberries. We need a flat surface so the strawberry will stand up straight. To do this take your knife and cut the tip off, creating that flat surface. Next cut the top of the strawberry off. Then we use a knife or melon ball scooper and scoop out the top of the strawberry.

Step 2: Melt Our Chocolate

Next we need to melt our chocolate. I melted mine in the microwave. I used the high setting and started with 30 seconds, then I stirred the chocolate, then another 30 seconds, etc. Until the chocolate was nice and melted.

Step 3: Dip Our Strawberries in the Chocolate

Now we dip our strawberries in the chocolate with the hole upwards. Then place the strawberry on your parchment paper lined cookie sheet. You can also take the chocolate dipped strawberry and put nuts, or coconut flakes, or mini chocolate chips on the chocolate dipped part.

Step 4: Let Them Chill in the Fridge

Next we place our strawberries in the fridge to let the chocolate set up. Usually 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 5: Create Cream Cheese Stuffing

Now we add our powdered sugar, and our vanilla extract to our bowl with the cream cheese. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer mix the ingredients together really well, scraping the sides of the bowl as necessary.

Step 6: Fill the Strawberries

Next we take our cream cheese mixture and place it in a piping bag, or zip locked bag, and we fill the tops of the strawberries. The star tip for the piping bag gives it an elegant look.

Step 7: Add Our Toppings

Now we just need to add our toppings. Graham cracker crumbs, blueberries, raspberries, etc.
