Cream of Pea Soup
1 pound frozen peas
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup cream
2/3 cup water
1. Melt the butter with the sea salt in a nonstick pan on the stove. Saute the peas with the butter and sea salt until soft.
2. Add the peas to a blender with the cream and the water. Puree.
3. Serve in soup bowls with a sour cream garnish.
