Creamy Carrot Soup With Celery Recipe



1500g carrots

500ml cream

300g celery

2 onions

3 teaspoon vegetable broth

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

Step 1: Preparation

Cut the carrots, the celery & the onions in pieces. Put them in a large put and fry them with a bit of oil. Scatter salt, pepper & the vegetable broth to it. Stir ervery few minutes till the onions are golden.

Step 2: Finish

Now add the cream and 1000ml water. Cover the pot with a lid and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Mix it with a blender till everything is creamy. Now grab a plate and enjoy. Look at my other work.
