This homemade macaroni and cheese tastes great anytime. Easy to make and a family favorite!

Step 1: Ingredients
1) 1 pound package of elbow macaroni 2) 16 ounces of Velveeta Cheese 3) 1 stick of butter 4) 4 cups of milk 5) 1/4 of a pound of American Cheese
Step 2: Ritz Cracker Topping Ingredients
1) 1 sleeve of ritz crackers(crushed) 2) half a stick of butter(melted)
Step 3: Boiling Step
Boil the macaroni and follow the directions on the box. Boil on high.
Step 4: Cheese Step
Put the sick of butter into a pan and put on low. Then put 4 cups of milk into the pan. Cut the Velveeta Cheese into small cubes. Then add the cubes gradually to the milk and butter. Let melt until the right constancy. Add the stringy cheese. The cheese sauce should be thin.
Step 5: Macaroni Step
Drain the pasta, but do not rinse. Once the pasta is drained then put into a 9 by 13 foil pan. Once it is in the pan then add the cheese sauce.
Step 6: Topping
Add the stringy cheese to the top. Then add the ritz cracker topping.
Step 7: Baking Step
Bake for about 30 in the oven.
