How to make a Ghost Cake.
This Instructable is made for the Halloween Food Contest.
If you want to make this Ghost Cake follow the instructions below!
Step 1: Bake the Cake
The first step is to bake a cake. I used French Vanilla, but any white cake will work.
Use the biggest pan you can; I used a 13 by 9 inch pan.
Step 2: Cut Out Circles
The next step is to cut circles from the cake.
I traced around different sized containers. The main point is to get circles that stack together well.
Step 3: Stack the Cake
Next, pile up the cake from biggest to smallest.
Step 4: Remove the Excess
Then, cut off some of the excess cake to to make the slope more smooth.
Step 5: Frosting and Eyes
I used store bought frosting, but homemade will work fine.
Just attempt to spread the frosting evenly and keep it smooth.
I used chocolate chips for the eyes and nose.
Now the Ghost Cake is complete!
