Step 1: Step One: With a Size K Hook, Chain 4 With Color of Your Choice, Then Slip Stitch to Join. Single Crochet As Many As Will Fit in Ring and Slip Stitch to Join.

Step 2: Step 2: Chain Two and Follow This: an Increase of 2, Then Half Double Crochet 2. Then Slip Stitch to Join

Step 3: Step Three: Do Same Thing As Step Two, But Instead Do Half Double Crochet One.

Step 4: Then Do Decreases With Half Double Crochet 2 Until Desired Depth
