This recipe is originally of the Italian Piedmont.
Is very easy and are good digestive.
Ethyl alcohol at 95 °
Various aromatic herbs and spices.
Put the sugar cubes into jars thoroughly dry.
Insert in the blanks spices and herbs of your choice, I recommend:
Lemon peel and sage. (the best digestive)
Lemon peel and coffee beans.
Orange peel and cinnamon.
But you can place mint, blueberry, licorice, etc.
But if you're hard men, I suggest the sugar cubes in hot pepper.
Peel and other spices should be dried with a cloth. The presence of water would dissolve the sugar cubes.
Now fill the jar with the alcohol and lock,
After a few hours make a refill, close them it and store in a cool, dark place.
Each week, stir the jars, if you need to refilling.
Do about a month the sugar cubes are ready to be enjoyed.
Slowly dissolve on the tongue to taste the pure state or as tradition, put them on a spoon and inflame. after twenty seconds off flame and taste them while still hot.
If they eat pure, do not overdo it.
