Have you ever found left over curry or casserole in the fridge but can't be bothered making some sort of rice to got with it?
Why not have it in a roll? Almost like a curry hamburger...
Find a roll and cut it in half, making the curved side a lot bigger than the bottom.
Scoop out the bread from the top part of the roll and eat the excess bread. Be careful not to scoop through the crust.
Proceed to fill with curry.
Smoosh all parts together and there is your curry roll.
