Custom Bookmark Lasercutting

At first you need to make a plan of what you are gonna make.

The bookmark itself containts 2 parts that you will glue together to make a single bookmark with a unique texture.

You can choose to take 2 pieces of paper of the same size and just cut out what you want it to say with scissors, or you can make a lasercuting file with any program you want and cut out your patern with the lasercutter.

I chose the 2nd option since it was more precise and it was part of a school assignment.

Step 1:

At this point you will have 2 sheets of the same size, alle you need to do is glue them on top of each other.

Make sure you have is the right side up because else the result will be mirrored.

You can use any glue that you want, the normal paper glue will work just fine for this so you won't be needing anything special

Step 2:

If everything went wel this is how your final product will look.

You can choose to decorate it with some glitters or write something on it with markers, but make sure you won't make it too thick doing so because it will function less well.
