Introduction: DIY 3D PRINTER VERSION 2 CODE NAME 3D UNIVERS

This is how i will convert the first version of my 3d printer in to the second version.

Step 1:

At the beginning the idea was to build a cnc router.

Here is how i convert my cnc router in to a 3d printer.

Because the cnc router have making a lot of noise i decided to convert hem in to a 3d printer. This was the first version of my 3d printer witch i called 3D UNIVERS VERSION 1.

Step 4:

So i bought LM10UU linear ball bearings.

Step 5:

Shaft coupler 5mm to 8mm flexible coupling.

Step 6:

Anycubic ultrabase heated bed and glass plate.

Step 7:

M5 thread t nut for 3030 aluminium profiles.

Step 8:

Usongshine stepping motor 17HS4401S .

Step 9:

Magnetic print bed tape for 3d printers.

Step 10:

This is how i mount the magnetic bed tape.

This is the first print on the magnetic bed tape.

12v 30A 360W power supply

I have printed bracket for 3030 aluminium profiles.

I have printed T slot L type for M5 screw for my diy 3d printer.

I designed an shaft support for 10 mm rod and 3030 aluminium extrusion profile.
