Step 2: FRONT SUSPENSION

THIS IS EASY, YOU DON'T NEED A ENGENIER TITLE  TO CALCULATE THE GEOMETRY SUSPENSION.
ONLY USE THE WV BETTLE TYPE 1 FRONT SUSPENSION , BOLTED TO THE .30CEL ROUNDED BEND STEEL TUBE, ON THIS SUSPENSION YOU HAVE EVERYTHING , CASTER, CAMBER  STRUT ANGLE. BRAKES AN BOX STEERING

Step 3: FIBERGLASS PARTS

TO MAKE THE FIBERGLASS PARTS FIRST YOU HAVE TO DO THE ORIGINAL PART ON RQRILEY'S WEB PAGE IS EXACTLY DESCRIBED HOW TO DO A MALE PART AND A FEMALE MOLD PART http://WWW.RQRILEY.COM  HERE IS SHOWN  THIS TWO PARTS AND THE "PRODUCTION PART IS THAT WILL BE INSTALED HIGH RESISTANT LOW WEIGHT 3MM THICK. IS A LOT OF FIBERGLASS WORK AND BONDO SANDING, BUT IN THIS  LIFE , NOTHING FOR FREE.

Step 4:

AT THE BEGINING I MADE A HAND DRAWING THINKING ON HOW WILL BE THIS CAR  WHEN AN IDEA COME TO YOUR MIND CACHT THIS WEREVWER MEAN POSIBLE IF YOU DONT HAVE TYOUR COMPUTER AT HAND , IF NOT THIS IDEA WILL GOIG TO FLY

Step 5: WORKING ON PAINT

AT THIS STEP I WAS PAINTING BUT AT THIS POINT IDIDT'N KNOW HOW TO DO THE FRONT NOSE

Step 6: THE FRONT NOSE

A SUNDAY MORNING CLOSE TO FIVE AM I HAVE A REVELATION AND VOALA¡
HURRY UP AND BEGINING TO WORK I CUTED OF FROM A FIBERGLASS PORSHE 355,
TWO MINITRAILER BUMPERS AND TWO FRONTLIGHTS FROM A 60'S SCOLAR BUS PUTING TOGETHER AND IS DONE. AND A LOT OF FIBERGLASS AN BONDO TOO.

Step 7: FINISH WORK

AFTER ALL IS DONE , A LOT OF SATISFATIONS NOW I CAN SAY " I DRIVE THE CAR I WANT"
BECAUSE ALL THE OTHERS  DRIVE THE CAR THEY CAN CHOOSE OVER THE PRODUTION OFFERED OR THEY CAN AFFORD.

Hola ozy. Demasiado piezas, componentes. Gracias por compartir!

Hi, Thank you for posting your instructable. I took a couple of seconds to edit your introduction. See below:

This is a DIY micro-car. It is really a homemade car you can build from scratch, by recycling old parts or by using all brand new parts. It is fun to drive, and this platform could be modified to work with bio-diesel, gas, electric, or hybrid power sources due to its low weight, small size, and amazing new body design.

In this photo you can see the finished project. I decided to build this as a three-wheeler so it could be registered as a motorcycle to avoid a lot of legal restrictions. This car was inspired by the Moonbeam built by Jory Squib, a good friend of mine. I take a lot of tips from him. This is only a guide to show you that it is possible to make your dreams come true. You can see an interview of me, (Charley Arrieta) and my car, at this link:

This is a picture of the finished car. I have a lot of satisfaction in being able to say, "I am driving the car I want." because everyone else drives whatever car they can afford from among the limited choice available in production cars. I'm sorry for the short comments. Anyway, please feel free to ask a question or add your comments. I apologize for , my poor written English. Thanks a lot. I hope this will encourage other people to follow their creative instincts.

Sincerely, Charely Arrieta, Mid-Florida Technical Fiberglass Certified Technician.
