Introduction: DIY Make Led Driver for Laser or Led Diode

About: My name is marjancho and I love electronics,makeing gadgets,hack and pranks.

Led driver made of two componets LM317 regulator and one resistor,value of resistor is calculated by formula R=1.25/current you get the resistance of resistor for example in video I use 1.5ohms 2resistor in parralel each one is 3 ohms.

Resistors in parallel don't add up. Only series resistors add together. right now you are using an equivalent resistance of .75 ohms.

In fact he is using two 3 Ohms resistors put in parallel, which means an equivalent resistance of 1.5 Ohms.

Yeah I realized that later. The way I read it and the way it was pictured threw me off. I had a fail moment but he is indeed correct.
